This first-party session cookie is set when you submit an enquiry. It helps protect the form against forged requests and duplicate submissions. It lasts for your browser session; browsers that restore sessions may retain it longer. It contains a session identifier, rather than the message you send.

Cookie choices — f24_cookie_choices_v1

This first-party cookie remembers your selection of Allow All, Reject All or Save My Choices for 90 days. It stores allow, reject or custom and is not used for tracking. The previous f24_cookie_notice cookie is removed when you save a choice.
